- Replace/clean HVAC filter.
- Check smoke detectors, replace batteries if needed.
- Dust blinds, shades, corners of rooms.
- Replace burnt out light bulbs.
- Replace refrigerator filter.
- Check dryer vent for obstructions, clean out if needed.
- Check for caulking/grout needs.
- Test GFCI Outlets.
- Check plumbing for leaks and toilet functionality.
- Tighten loose screws on knobs and handles.
EXTERIOR
- Check gutters and downspouts (single floor).
- Inspect roof for rot, shingle damage, flashing (single floor).
- Clean out insects and debris from vents and crawl spaces (Not a pesticide treatment).
- Test hoses and hose bib functionality.
- Inspect siding or masonry for rot or maintenance needs.
- Inspect Deck/Patio/Steps for rot, loose rails, cleaning/finishing needs.
- Check window screens for damage/replacement.
- Test GFCI Outlets
- Check for landscaping needs.
