Part of our process to produce amazing looking and feeling floors is to level (flatten) and plane the subfloor. This is often a crucial step that is missed or skipped, which leads to problems with the floors later. We make sure all doors swing properly, if they don’t we fix them. We caulk all the baseboards and putty all the nail holes.
